Program Overview
The Doctor of Medicine Program at TMTC follows a US-pattern curriculum, widely recognized by international medical licensing authorities including the Philippines Medical Board, WHO, FAIMER, and the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India.
The 54-month curriculum places a strong emphasis on practical and patient-centered clinical practice. Students gain early clinical exposure and complete their rotations across affiliated 2700+ Beds Multispeciality Hospitals, preparing them for the NExT/USMLE pathways and a successful global medical career.

Mandatory Rotating Internship
Through SCIME, students undergo a 1-year mandatory rotating internship, fulfilling the NMC requirement for clinical training. The internship provides hands-on experience across major clinical departments.
Students are supervised by licensed faculty and attending physicians throughout the training. Upon successful completion, students receive an Internship Completion Certificate along with their MD degree, making them eligible to appear for licensing examinations such as USMLE, and FMGE/NExT.
